Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Site blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend detailing different sections of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Additional documentation released as part of the continuing investigative process.
